I am not just your average stylist......I do it all.....from head to toe!
I was born in Louisville, Kentucky.
I was raised in Owensboro, Kentucky.
I attended Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky.
I acquired my first professional license in nail technology from Kentucky Tech in Louisville, Kentucky in 1996.
I opened my first salon Ultimate Nails Salon on June 8th, 1996 in Louisville, Kentucky. It was located in the Original Jay's Cafeteria.
In 1999 I returned to Ideal Beauty Academy to master the art of cosmetology.
I opened Yushanti Salon on March 8th, 2003 in New Albany, Indiana.
The name Yushanti is very special to my heart....it is a combination of my mother's, sister's, brother's, and my name
Yuvetta, Shantel, Antoine', and Ti-my name is last because I put family before myself!
I returned to Kentucky College of Barbering in Louisville, Kentucky in 2004.
I changed the name of my salon to Pure Hair in 2005 to extend my client base.
l relocated to Jacksonville, Florida in February 2008.
I married the love of my life Mr. Harold Andrews in a beautiful ceremony on July 9th, 2010 .
I relocated to Tacoma, Washington in March 2011.
